1. Where Do I Begin?
While many members find our site very easy-to-use, we understand that some may need a little guidance on where to begin and how to save even more. We have dedicated a section for just that... "The Learning Center". Any time you need help with a category, simply stop in. Our eBook Training Manuals provide step-by-step guides to understanding and maximizing each individual component included in the Savings System. We recommend that you first read through "The Savings System Summary" Ebook. Please keep in mind that the "Grocery Savings" eBook is separate from this.

2. How often are the new savings offers and free sample offers updated?
They are updated on a weekly basis. Keep checking back for the latest and hottest offers available!!

3. I printed out a prescription coupon and when I brought it to my pharmacy it did not apply.
If your pharmacy already offers the lowest price available on that prescription then the discount will not apply.

Go to the Earn while you save category..it has the explanation and instructions to begin.

7. I purchased a vacation through your site and I have to make a change..do I contact you?
No. You go directly to the vacation site and contact them.

8. My dog ate my password...how do I get it back?
When you to sign in there is a button for forgotten password..click on it and follow the instructions to retrieve your password.

9. I need to change my account information..do I call you?
No. Click on "My Account" and edit any information you need too.

10. I can't see the ebooks...what's goin on?
Go to the eBook category...at the bottom of the page download the FREE adobe reader file.

11. I just purchased the membership 5 minutes ago and I can't retrieve my restaurant gift certificates..why?
You will be able to redeem your restaurant gift certificates within 3-5 days.
